International Martial Arts Days

The 25th edition of IMAD – International Martial Arts Days kicks off at Cinecittà World’s Teatro 1: an event that combines martial arts practice, psychophysical well-being and the grandeur of the show. During the two exceptional days, not only martial arts enthusiasts or practitioners, but also simple spectators can immerse themselves in an event that celebrates the discipline, harmony and beauty of Martial Arts. In fact, IMAD is not just an event: it is an unmissable opportunity to meet the great Masters, compare yourself with practitioners from all over the world and discover the profound value of these ancient warrior arts.

Alongside the main event – ​​the largest and most important martial arts event in Italy – there are:

• Wellness Expo, a space dedicated to wellness and awareness, where internationally renowned experts guide the public in holistic practices and therapeutic techniques to regenerate body, mind and spirit;

• Martial Arts Expo, the thematic fair that every year attracts thousands of visitors, with stands, demonstrations, books, equipment and meetings with schools and academies from all over the world, on a journey through culture, philosophy and passion.

And finally, as per tradition, on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning the spectators are transported by the magic of the spectacular Dragon Show: an extraordinary show in which, among choreography, acrobatics, music and emotion, the best Italian and foreign martial arts practitioners will give an unforgettable performance. In fact, on stage, styles, schools, cultures and different visions alternate, helping to rediscover the roots of Martial Arts, celebrating their evolution.
