An innovative moment aimed at specialized operators and the public, dedicated to the culture of oil at 360 degrees, with the aim of increasing the competence of professionals in the sector and educating consumers to make an informed choice, thus promoting the relaunch of national olive growing.

During the three days of the exhibition at Fiera Roma, the participating companies from the Lazio region (which boasts 4 Protected Designations of Origin - Sabina, Canino, Tuscia, Collin Pontine - and a Protected Geographical Indication - Olio di Roma) will have the opportunity to promote and sell the their product to Italian and foreign operators as well as to the public present.

EvooTrends will offer exhibiting companies the opportunity to meet with international delegations present at the event. The Promoters (Unaprol, Evooschool Foundation, Coldiretti Lazio, Rome Chamber of Commerce/Agrocamera), through their respective networks and partnerships, will guarantee the involvement of various user segments linked to the consumption of EVO oil. The following will be present: Territorial Federations, the Agritourism network, University and research bodies, operators and associations of the Ho.Re.Ca channel, students of agricultural and hotel institutes and the public, who will be involved in the activities dedicated to them.
