Born in 1969 in Pomona, California, Harper made his debut in 1984 with Welcome to the Cruel World, followed by numerous other successes, including Fight For Your Mind, The Will to Live, Burn to Shine, Diamonds on the Inside, Lifeline (nominated for a Grammy), and Call It What It Is.
These projects have seen the collaboration with The Innocent Criminals, the band that has accompanied live him for years. The group is made up of extraordinary musicians - characterized by the diversity of musical genres - who collaborated with artists such as Michael Jackson, Quincy Jones, Mick Jagger, Madonna, Stevie Wonder Rakim, De La Soul, Talib Kwali, Mos Def throughout their careers.
