
Throughout the month of October, Palazzo Massimo is livened up with a special program of tours, evening openings, and events dedicated to the collections and histories of the National Roman Museum. This cultural event is an invitation to discover the museum at different times and from unusual perspectives: from early morning until sunset, with special evening openings, until the event dedicated to the Photographic Archive, where images will explore the Museum's history and its transformations over time.
Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in October, at 7:30 a.m., Palazzo Massimo opens its doors for an exclusive guided tour with the site's archaeologists, before opening to the public at 9:00 a.m. This is a great opportunity to begin your day exploring the National Roman Museum's collections, while the rooms are still quiet and the morning light accompanies your visit.

For three Saturdays in October, the Palazzo Massimo is exceptionally extending its opening hours and inviting the public to visit the collections after dark, under a new light.
