On October 9th and 23rd, at 9 pm, soundtracks are the protagonists with La grande musica dal vivo #sottocasatua – Le più famosi sonore in storia del cinema (The Great Live Music #underyourhome – The Most Famous Soundtracks in the History of Cinema), a Promu project that brings the Perugia Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Dario Vero, to the squares of the capital's suburbs, where cellos, flutes, and trumpets resonate amidst the buildings. Two free events, two neighborhoods, and three special guests: Daniele Silvestri and Karima on the first evening, and Cristina D'Avena on the second.
The first event is at Villa Gordiani, entrance on via della Venezia Giulia side, in the V Municipality, on Friday, October 9th at 9 pm. During the evening, the Perugia Chamber Orchestra will celebrate some of the most famous pieces of film music: from the imperial march of Star Wars to the atmosphere of 007, from the tension of Jaws to the inspirations of Inception, Top Gun, Mission: Impossible, and Interstellar, with a journey that then reaches the magical world of Disney, among fairy tales, adventures, and melodies capable of spanning generations.
Special guests include Daniele Silvestri, a singer-songwriter who has written original music and songs for the big screen, and Karima, the Italian voice of famous Disney songs, from The Princess and the Frog to Mufasa – The Lion King.
On Friday, October 23, again at 9:00 p.m., the program continues in Labaro, at Municipio XV, in the square on via Brembio at number 97, in front of the Biagio Pascal Institute.
The project is part of the 2026 Summer Concerts program, created with the support of the Department of Major Events, Sport, Tourism, and Fashion of Rome.
Admission is free while seats last.
