Festival delle passeggiate – i nostri passi scrivono poesie (Walking Festival – Our Steps Write Poems)

From October 10 to 25, 2026, the Festival delle Passeggiate - I nostri passi scrivi poesie (Walking Festival - Our Steps Write Poems) returns, spanning the XV Municipality with six different events.

The event, now in its fourth edition, offers performative walks, emotions, and steps that write poetry through neighborhoods, parks, streets, and places of particular historical, social, and landscape interest, leading the public into the unique poetry of this city.

The event, promoted by Dominio Pubblico ETS, is a cultural initiative dedicated to the production of site-specific performing arts in public spaces, aimed at enhancing the local area through the contemporary languages ​​of theater, poetry, and folk and classical music. The initiative unfolds through artistic residencies, narrative journeys, and theatrical performances that connect citizens, artists, and local areas, promoting a conscious, slow, and shared experience of urban and suburban spaces. The project is the brainchild of artistic director, director, and performer Tiziano Panici and singer-songwriter and poet Giulia Ananìa, who are responsible for the artistic direction and directing of each event, alongside artists from the worlds of theater, music, poetry, and contemporary artistic research.

The project is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Culture – General Directorate of Entertainment and is the winner of the public notice Live performance outside the Centre – Year 2026 promoted by Rome Capital – Department of Culture and Coordination of initiatives related to Holocaust Remembrance Day, in collaboration with SIAE.
