Cento anni dell’Antica Scuola Giardinieri: una mostra tra storia e memoria (One hundred years of the Ancient Gardening School: an exhibition of history and memory)

On the occasion of the Centenary of the Ancient Gardeners School (1926–2026), a historic institution located in the San Sebastiano Park, at via delle Terme di Caracalla 55, it is possible to visit an exhibition dedicated to its hundred years of activity and its important work in training and protecting the city's green heritage.

The exhibition offers a journey through historic photographs, period tools, and rare specialist volumes, offering visitors the opportunity to retrace the history of the School and the evolution of the art of gardening in Rome. The exhibition thus represents a unique opportunity to discover and enhance a wealth of knowledge, traditions, and expertise that has contributed to the care of the capital's greenery for a century.

The exhibition is open to the public until September 18th, free of charge, from Monday to Friday, during the day, upon reservation by writing to the email address: corsigiardinaggio@comune.roma.it.
