Big news for the Roma Bar Show, the international event that has conquered the beverage and mixology industry, returns to the forefront and presents its fifth edition in the halls of the Palazzo dei Congressi in the EUR district, confirming Rome as one of the most important cities in the world for the beverage and hospitality industry.
In an increasingly dynamic and international outlook, the first international Buyers Program is launched, a strategic concept created to facilitate those valuable connections with importers, distributors and decision-makers in the on-trade from all over the world, opening the doors to new partnerships and successful business agreements.
'Together we shake' is the claim that invites everyone to take pleasure in living and recognising the other as oneself. The Bar Show is thus preparing to open its doors to a programme that is once again full of appointments and unique experiences including masterclasses, seminars, talks, tastings, 'off show' events, the final of the Roma Bar Show Awards and a tribute to the excellence of Italian hospitality in seven categories: Best Italian Cocktail Bar, Best Italian Bartender, Best Italian New Cocktail Bar, Best Italian Hotel Bar, Best Italian Food Program, Best Social Media Presence and the novelty of this 2025, Best Caffè & Bar Storici.
Adding to the two-day event is the Premio alla Carriera (Career Award), which will see a historic face of the industry on stage.
Born in 2019, Roma Bar Show is aimed at the entire hospitality and consumer world. The event has around 200 exhibiting companies, more than 100 international guests taking part in the programme and, in the last edition, counted more than 15 thousand attendees.
