Roma Summer Fest 2025

With 70 concerts on the bill for three months of music, from June to September, the Roma Summer Fest sees the participation of some of the most important national and international artists and confirms itself as one of the most eagerly awaited and beloved events of the Roman summer: a boundless musical experience that crosses genres and generations with a rich and unique programme in the European music scene.

We Are The Sound is the claim chosen for this edition that perfectly sums up the soul of the festival: a journey through the sounds of the world, which will see world-famous artists take to the stage in the Cavea of the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone: Sting (7 July), Patti Smith (15 September), Skunk Anansie led by the iconic Skin (8 July), Nile Rodgers & Chic (15 July), Stereophonics (29 August), Steve Hackett (6 September), Franz Ferdinand (30 August), Morrissey (28 July), Alanis Morissette (24 July), Steven Wilson (8 June in the Sala Santa Cecilia), Molchat Doma (30 June), Joe Bonamassa (19 July), Jimmy Sax & Symphonic Dance Orchestra (25 July), and Stewart Copeland (27 July).

An eclectic programme and a great variety of musical genres: from Nick Cave (21 and 22 July) to Sigur Rós (12 and 13 September in the Sala Santa Cecilia), to Franco126, the Roman singer-songwriter with a melancholic and refined sound who will open the Roma Summer Fest with two sold-out dates (6 and 8 June), to the seven consecutive concerts of Ludovico Einaudi (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 June).

Among the Italian artists: Serena Brancale (7 June), Loredana Bertè (23 June) and Serena Rossi (24 June), Diodato (11 September), The Kolors (16 September), Benji & Fede (17 September), Psicologi (18 September), Ricchi e Poveri (19 June), CCCP (27 June), Edoardo Bennato (12 September), Afterhours (5 and 6 July), Nino D'Angelo (23 July). Not to be missed is the appointment with Ballo! Ambrogio Sparagna's project with OPI (27 June). The international urban and hip-hop scene will be represented by the energy of Morad (10 and 11 June), one of the most influential Spanish rappers of the new generation.

The Roma Summer Fest opens its doors to electronic music: Paul Kalkbrenner (18 July), Jamie xx (12 July), Rüfüs Du Sol (21 June), Asco (20 June). They will be joined by other big names from the electronic scene who, starting on 2 June, will be hosted for the first time in the spaces of the Hanging Gardens: a double set by Krystal Klear and L.P. Rhythm, on 22 June, Hot Since 82, Tania Vulcano (28 June), a pioneer of electronic music made in Ibiza, with Tonno Disko, the eclectic Italian DJ and producer, will bring his explosive blend of funk, disco and contemporary beats to the console, on 29 June, Tony Humphries, on 10 July, Kirollous. The concerts continue in September with Dimitri From Paris (14 September), and Floorplan (19 September).

Four exclusive dates at the Roma Summer Fest by Daniele Silvestri (2 to 5 September). Foreign artists include Kaleo (25 June) and Rüfüs Du Sol (21 June), both for their only Italian date.

Also new this year, for the first time some of the Roma Summer Fest concerts will be hosted at the Casa del Jazz: on 12 June, Dirotta su Cuba, Ani Di Franco (14 June), Piers Faccini with Ballaké Sissoko (13 June), Casino Royale (23 June), Rokia Traoré (22 July) and Filippo Graziani (6 August).
