To fully immerse yourself in the magic and spirit of the Christmas holidays, the vibrant and enthralling music of Europe’s most important Gospel festival awaits you at the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone. An integral part of Natalè Auditorium, the event celebrates its 28th edition this year and has long been an important reference point for all fans of this particular form of musical and spiritual expression.
With its enveloping and powerful sounds, declined according to the more traditional repertoire or in a contemporary, rhythm & blues or pop key, each Gospel concert is a unique and unforgettable experience: just open your heart and let yourself be carried away by the extraordinary spiritual energy of a music capable of making us feel part of something bigger.
As usual, some of the best groups from the United States will perform on stage. In addition to the world-famous Harlem Gospel Choir from New York (25 December), the 2023 edition features new and exclusive performances. On 21 and 22 December, a 150-strong choir from Baltimore led by Reverend Eric Waddell will perform for the first time, followed on 23 December by the Florida Inspirational Singers, a choir from Tampa and Orlando. From 26 to 28 December, the task of warming up the atmosphere is entrusted to the well-known Reverend Earl Bynum with his Norfolk - Virginia resident ensemble. Closing the event are two very special new gospel-pop spiritual ensembles: Ty Morris with his strong urban-pop sound from Chicago and Denver, and Kaylah Harvey, the new and bursting voice of New York's Black Community.
From 25 to 31 December 2023
