A lifelong love story.
He was left alone after helping his sick wife to die. The only thing he can do now is to remember. From here on, past and present coexist.
On the kitchen and bedroom walls of the house, the ghosts of their youth chase each other. His young wife when he was young. A young boy follows her. Then the girl goes out and when she returns she is his wife, now elderly and sick.
Almost always, each couple interacts with each other, but all four actors are often on stage at the same time and the end of one scene overlaps with the next scene. In each scene, elements that will return in scenes from later or earlier times appear.
The story of a couple goes through 40 years. The actors tell the difficulties, the fights, the alcoholism, the temptations of infidelity on both sides, and the inability to have children that profoundly and differently affect them. Until the final drama: the frequent medical visits of his wife, the obsession with the description of the objects in the house, the post-it notes that he is putting everywhere. And the drugs that bring us back to the opening scene.
