A different story every evening, live music every evening.
The program for this historic music festival, which returns to enliven the Roman summer evenings, spans almost two months. For the 2026 edition, the festival – still under the artistic direction of Eugenio Rubei’s Alexanderplatz, alongside a new collaboration with Pride Croisette that further expands the cultural offering – is leaving the Parco del Celio and moving to the imposing ruins of the Baths of Caracalla.
The festival revives the successful formula of previous years: an open-air venue offering high-calibre artistic performances, providing Romans and tourists alike with a continuous program of live concerts and dance nights lasting until late into the night. In addition to jazz, particular attention is also paid to the blues, a genre that is finally being given a prominent place in Rome’s summer program. The event also features sessions dedicated to Brazilian music, jazz orchestras, international fusions and new musical trends.
The major new feature of the 2026 edition is free admission to all events, which will take place almost every evening until 15 August, with the traditional Ferragosto concert headlined by Javier Girotto & Aires Tango, a legendary Italian jazz ensemble.
