Taste of Roma

Sponsored by the Lazio Region and Roma Capitale - Department of Major Events, Sport, Tourism and Fashion, Taste of Roma is an international event that showcases Rome through its most beloved recipes and dishes, selecting the city’s finest restaurants and the most innovative and trendy food and beverage experiences for its audience.

For its tenth edition, the festival has extended its duration (from four to five days) and has chosen the Gazometro in the Ostiense district as its venue – the giant steel structure that once stored the gas used to light the streets and is now an icon of Roman industrial archaeology, an unmistakable feature of the capital’s skyline. Capable of capturing the energy of a city in constant evolution, this industrial venue aims to reinforce the event’s contemporary identity and engage a broad, diverse audience, from passionate gourmets to the younger generation of foodies.

Alongside tasting tours designed to discover new culinary offerings and ideas in the city, the programme devised by Be.it Events for the 2026 edition features masterclasses with chefs, talks with special guests, tastings and in-depth sessions exploring the world of food and drink and the latest business trends. Bringing the festival to life will be DJ sets from RDS, the event’s media partner, scheduled throughout the five days.
