On 13 December, the Auditorium Conciliazione hosts the traditional and prestigious appointment celebrating the beauty and message of solidarity of Christmas with some of the greatest protagonists of the Italian and international music scene.
In an exciting blend of pop, rock, soul, gospel and opera, the 33rd edition features stars from the Italian and international music scene – Riccardo Cocciante, Sheryl Crow, Noa, Orietta Berti, Michele Bravi, Clara, Claude, Gigi D'Alessio, Sal Da Vinci, Hevia, Kamrad, Stephanie Radu, Alin Stoica, Marquinn Middleton & The Miracle Chorale, Veneto Pipe Band, together with the choir “Le dolci note” – accompanied by the Orchestra Italiana del Cinema, conducted by Maestro Adriano Pennino.
Born in 1993 in the Paul VI Audience Hall in the Vatican, the Christmas Concert was conceived to promote the project “50 churches for Rome 2000” of Rome’s Vicariate to raise funds for its implementation. It supports fundraising exclusively through a solidarity number associated with charitable projects. The proceeds from the concert (from ticket sales, sponsors, etc.) are not donated to charity.
