Zètema Progetto Cultura, mandated by the Municipal Administration, intends to promote a program of cultural entertainment and live entertainment activities to be held within the spaces of the Rome Capital Museum System, on the occasion of the next edition of the Museums in Music event, which will take place on the evening of November 29, 2025, from 8:00 pm to 2:00 am, with free admission to the events scheduled as part of the event.
The call for proposals is addressed to entities, associations, companies, or other entities that have a VAT number and carry out ongoing and prominent activities in the field of culture and entertainment, but that do not engage in any form of political party activity and are not promoters of political initiatives.
The project proposal must cover all cultural entertainment and live entertainment activities, must include the implementation of the activity in one of the spaces indicated in the prospectus attached to the tender notice, and must be compatible with the identified space.
For each selected project, Zètema will provide funding, covering all or part of the project's costs, up to a maximum of €3,500.
The application, signed by the applicant's legal representative and complete with the required documents, must be submitted to avvisopubblici@zetema.it by 12:00 PM on November 10, 2025.
