The new Water House inaugurated in San Giovanni joins those already present in the VII Municipality of Rome, at Villa Lazzaroni, Largo Pietro Tacchi Venturi and Via Nobiliore in the Don Bosco district.
The Water Houses, recognisable by their dark green kiosk-shaped structure, are veritable technological fountains that allow you to drink fresh still and sparkling water free of charge, choosing between different quantities: a glass, half a litre and 1 litre.
At the technological drinking fountain, you can also recharge your mobile phone or tablet via specially installed USB ports, or consult public information (weather, neighbourhood info, Acea communications) on a high-definition screen.
The Water Houses are increasingly popular service points in the city – over 170 in Rome and the municipalities of the Metropolitan City – combining sustainability, innovation and quality water service, representing the modern evolution of Rome's historic fountains.
The installations are located in strategic points: next to squares, parks, underground stations, tourist attractions and symbolic sites such as the Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine and the Vatican Museums.
