Gagosian and La Fondazione pay homage to Rome and invite us to be overwhelmed by the energy of art. From 2 June to September the two art galleries celebrate contemporary art and the desire to return to enjoy it freely and safely by opening their adjacent spaces on Via Francesco Crispi and presenting a nonstop program of art events.
At number 16 of the street, from Tuesday to Saturday, from 11 am to 6 pm, Gagosian will preview Stanley Whitney’s upcoming exhibition at the gallery with a presentation of the Bertacca paintings.
At its closure, the large entrance window of the La Fondazione gallery at number 16 will light up: every night, and until the following morning, with the <project # 80 | # 90 & more, a weekly solo presentation of works by a contemporary artist will be visible to passersby through the building’s glass doors, that is, without entering the building.
