The Rome Art Week is an annual event, promoted by KOU - Cultural Association for the Promotion of Visual Arts, which supports contemporary art in all its forms.
Thanks to this important event, which brings together artists, collectors, curators and various exhibition realities, national and international contemporary art acquires considerable prominence and visibility, offering new spaces to young artists and curators to give resonance to their artistic research and make it accessible to an ever wider audience.
The week dedicated to contemporary art takes place both online and live, providing an access portal where each artist and curator is free to express themselves and present their work; a team of critics, experts and experts select the best artists and the best curatorial proposals. Participation in the selection is free.
302 artists have already registered for this edition and organize an open studio to illustrate their research directly in their studio or participate in project events or exhibitions in galleries. The Galleries and institutions involved in the project are 126 and, in addition to opening the facilities to allow you to enjoy the current exhibitions, they organize one or more events to present their vision of contemporary art to the public with free entrance.
