Roma Bar Show is the leading event dedicated to the world of beverages, mixology and hospitality. For its fifth edition, La Nuvola once again becomes a major meeting point where drinking culture, education, business and entertainment come together in a unique format.
Founded in 2019 with the aim of bringing together the key players of the beverage and mixology industry under one roof, Roma Bar Show shines a spotlight on the talent and professionalism of Italy’s hospitality scene, while increasingly opening the door to international exchange and collaboration.
Across its 10,000 square metres of exhibition space, you will be able to meet brands and producers from around the world, discover new products and take part in a packed programme of events. Conferences, masterclasses, workshops and hands-on sessions bring the different areas of the show to life, offering the chance to meet some of the biggest names in international mixology and discover leading cocktail bars from across the global scene.
The event’s international dimension is further strengthened by the Buyers Programme, an initiative designed to connect exhibiting companies with qualified buyers, creating new business opportunities across European and international markets.
Education is another key focus, with RBS Educational, a project designed for bartenders, industry professionals and enthusiasts to share expertise, explore new techniques and promote an increasingly thoughtful, informed and contemporary approach to hospitality.
Over the years, Roma Bar Show has welcomed leading figures including Simone Caporale, Marian Beke, Shingo Gokan, Julie Reiner, Monica Berg, Jeff Berry and David Wondrich, alongside internationally renowned cocktail bars such as Maybe Sammy, Bar Leone, Artesian, Café La Trova, Paradiso and SIPS. A concentration of experiences, ideas and perspectives that turns the show into a true laboratory for excellence and experimentation.
Among the most eagerly anticipated events are those held in the Auditorium, where visitors and industry professionals can meet some of the personalities who have shaped – and continue to shape – the history of bartending and the spirits industry. It is also here that major events such as the RBS Awards take place, as well as the World Class Italia final, hosted at the show for two consecutive editions.
