Mobility Plan for the 2025-26 Christmas Holidays
On the occasion of the period traditionally dedicated to Christmas and New Year shopping and festivities, from 6 December 2025 to 6 January 2026 enhancements to the public transport service are planned and—new this year—a special festive season travel pass, the Christmas Mobility Pass, a 15-day ticket allowing free travel on buses, trolleybuses, trams and the metro, as well as free parking in park-and-ride facilities.
On 16 December 2025, the inauguration of the two new Line C metro stations, Colosseo and Porta Metronia, is also scheduled: two “museum-stations” that showcase the archaeological discoveries made during the construction works.
