The Interpretation of Dreams by Sigmund Freud's is on stage at the Teatro Argentina directed by Stefano Massini.
In the show, where words are intertwined with the live music of Enrico Fink - an excellent composer and instrumentalist who knows how to skilfully mix the Jewish tradition with other musical traditions - a fascinating gallery of portraits of people and their dreams is outlined: these are the several clinical cases of Freud, through which we try to understand the link between man and dreams - and the mysterious laws ruling them - in which little by little the images of his desires, traumas and taboos take shape.
With this show, director Stefano Massini completes his ten-year work on the works of Sigmund Freud, which began in 2008 and also includes the highly successful novel published by Mondadori in 2017 and translated into multiple languages.
Freely inspired and taken from the writings of Sigmund Freud, by and with Stefano Massini, music by Enrico Fink performed by Saverio Zacchei - trombone and keyboards, Damiano Terzoni - guitars, Rachele Innocenti - violin.
