On Sunday, 23 November 2025, Rome will glow with wonder as it hosts the first Christmas Parade, the grand festive procession created to support the Bambino Gesù Children’s Hospital, promoted by Christmas World with the patronage of the Municipality of Rome. This special event blends entertainment, tradition and solidarity, with a meaningful goal: raising funds to purchase new medical equipment for the care of young patients.
The Christmas Parade is a true journey into a fairy-tale world: more than one hundred performers – including elves, acrobats, Father Christmas, the Befana and an irresistible festive train – will bring the most evocative streets of the Capital to life, turning them into an open-air stage.
Along the entire route, volunteers from the Bambino Gesù Onlus Association will welcome the public at several charity stations, where visitors can receive the parade’s official red hat with a minimum donation of 5 euros. Every contribution will help equip the hospital with essential new technologies for treating children with complex conditions.
All children in the city are invited to take part, joining in a collective embrace for the young patients of the Bambino Gesù.
Numerous VIPs, artists and entertainers will also join the event, offering performances and special appearances in support of the cause.
Roma Capitale is supporting the initiative by providing its digital displays and dynamic billboards, which will broadcast selected moments of the parade live.
