The Department of Tourism, Professional Training and Work of Roma Capitale opens up to Chinese tourism, taking over the "Roma" channel on the WeChat platform. The channel, completely in Chinese language, is dedicated to tourist information and promotion of services and themed itineraries.
The platform, in addition to the contents related to events and places of interest of the Capital, provides answers and information to questions asked by users within the shortest period of time, also using tools such as dedicated chatbots.
Furthermore, all registered users will receive messages, sent every fifteen days, concerning news and/or public utility info.
The channel is accessible through stable and monitorable QR codes, that allow the Administration to advertise it on all its media and digital media (website, information material, signage, App, etc.).
