Wild Facts / Fatti Feroci is the first edition of the three-year project Nascite di un giardino, <mondeggamenti> between art and science and winner of the Eureka Call! 2020 - 2021 - 2022 of Roma Capitale.
Shaping a garden, building the place to meet and expose oneself, is a form of a question addressed to art, science, and the city in which we live. It is also is the interrogation of a concept of "nature" that is ceasing to exist - or perhaps never existed. A mutation of urban plant space welcomed in the wild and willing to form unprecedented cohabitation, built and designed to cultivate dialogic perspectives between the new arts and scientific knowledge. The garden, created in the outdoor spaces of the India Theater, will remain for the next two years of the project.
The project takes up and expands the research and writings formulated during the isolation within the schedule of Radio India: nuclei of collective discussions and reflections, which develop in a triptych of sound walks, movement practices, and speaking along an arch of three days on weekends of the autumn months.
The project will conclude with the publication of a notebook that will assemble the research materials, the interventions, the images, and the ideas that emerged during the meetings.
Due to the limited number of places available, reservations are required.
