A flexible service that adapts to users’ needs, operated using 8-seater vehicles (equipped to accommodate one wheelchair for people with reduced mobility) on the roads seven days a week, including public holidays, from 5.30 am to midnight.
Already operational since 2024 in the Massimina district, the on-demand public transport service began operating in seven further areas of Rome in July: Paglian Casale - Santa Palomba - Falcognana; Cerquette; Trigoria; Castello della Cecchignola - Fonte Meravigliosa; Valle Borghesiana - Lago Regillo; Cinquina - Casal Monastero; Corcolle - San Vittorino. Standard Metrebus Roma tickets and season tickets are valid on board. Tickets can also be purchased on board using a credit or debit card via the “Tap&Go” validator.
To travel with ClicBus, it is necessary to book by calling +390646954444 (available on weekdays from 9 am to 7 pm), via the web app on the Atac website, or via the ClicBus app (available for download on iOS and Android devices), up to seven days in advance and up to half an hour before your desired journey. The app allows you to plan your journey, set your departure point and destination, choose from the route options suggested by the system, view the journey time, specify the number of passengers and whether any passengers have reduced mobility, and book a journey “as soon as possible”, subject to bus availability or if seats become free. You cannot board the buses without a booking.
