Angelo Branduardi

On 9 November, the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone hosts an unmissable concert by the brilliant Italian singer-songwriter as part of his Il Cantico tour, an immersive experience that retraces the life and message of St Francis through music and words.

Created on the occasion of the 800th anniversary of the Canticle of the Creatures, the event is inspired by the saint's writings and thoughts, which were remarkably contemporary at the time, about poverty, respect for nature, love for life, and welcome.

On stage, the artist is accompanied by his extraordinary band, composed of Fabio Valdemarin on keyboards, Nicola Oliva on guitars, Stefano Olivato on bass, and Davide Ragazzoni on drums.

Described as a refined “minstrel” since his debut in the 1970s, Branduardi has stood out for his continuous research and experimentation with new sounds, which, together with his evocative and unique musical style, have earned him an extraordinary career, studded with awards, prestigious artistic collaborations, and international success.
