The Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone hosts, for the first time, Rock the Opera, the exciting concert dedicated to the songs that have marked the history of international music.
Performed every year at the Vienna State Opera, the Berlin Philharmonie and other prestigious European concert halls, the show is an unmissable appointment that, combining rock and symphonic music, brings to the stage the greatest hits of rock legends such as Pink Floyd, Queen, U2, Scorpions, Deep Purple, AC/DC and Metallica.
Powerful new arrangements, created by renowned conductor Friedemann Riehle and classical composers, give life to enthralling rock melodies. On stage are the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra, the voices of the talented Ronnie Romero (Rainbow), Giacomo Voli, Zuzana Mikova and Sabina Olijve, a drummer - who played with the great Frank Zappa - and a guitarist, who was a world finalist, performing unforgettable hits, including Love of My Life, Under Pressure, A Kind of Magic, Don't Stop Me Now, Where The Streets Have No Name, Enter Sandman, Wish You Were Here, Comfortably Numb, Echoes, Highway Star and Thunderstruck.
