Coquis,  the University of Italian Cuisine, hosts a weekend dedicated to pasta, the main dish of the Mediterranean diet and a symbol of the restart of the Italian agri-food sector.

In its different shapes and recipes, the most loved Made in Italy food in the world is the absolute protagonist of a two-day event, in which 30 famous starred chefs give life to inviting cooking shows in the 3 classrooms. The rooms are respectively dedicated to “Primi della tradizione” (Traditional first courses), "Cinefood" and "Formati di pasta" (Pasta shapes), and will be appropriately sanitized after each performance. There are also selected exhibitors from pasta factories and producers of condiments, for an all-round appointment about comfort food par excellence.

The event is animated by three pasta-themed talks: "La filiera della pasta nel territorio di Roma e del Lazio" (the production chain in Rome and Lazio Region), "Scenari futuri della Pasta" (the future scenarios), and "Pasta Fresca - Il valore dell’artigianalità. Percorso conoscitivo tra materie prime, tecniche di produzione, formazione e informazione" about the value of craftsmanship - with the participation of journalists and experts in the sector.
