4.5 million euros for the relaunch of tourist destinations in the Lazio region and the enhancement of its excellence: the new call from the Region provides new funds to accelerate the restart of a sector that has paid more than others for the effects of the crisis caused by health emergency, focusing on quality and innovation.
The call is open to associations and/or foundations, already established or to be established, which operate in the field of tourism in partnership with public entities. The proposals must include the enhancement of existing tourist products or the promotion of new travel ideas – from artistic and historical tourism to religious tourism, from outdoor itineraries to wellness and food and wine – in one of the geographical areas indicated by the Triennial Tourist Plan. In addition to the Metropolitan City of Rome, the projects can therefore concern Tuscia and the Lazio Maremma, the coast, the Tiber valley, the Sabina, the Aniene valley, the Roman castles, the Pontine plain and Ciociaria.
