To the best dry Spumante wines produced in Italy and capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates is dedicated as usual SparkleDay, hosted this year in the elegant halls of the Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel & Spa, a few steps from Via Veneto and the gardens of Villa Borghese. The event opens with the presentation of Sparkle 2023, the 21st edition of the guide published by the historic food and wine magazine Cucina & Vini, and with the awarding of the 91 labels that have earned the “5 spheres”, the highest rating.

Following this, from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m., there will be a great tasting open to all with over 150 great Italian dry sparkling wines accompanied by delicious street food: a unique opportunity, one of the most eagerly awaited by the public, the press and industry professionals, to get to know the flavors and aromas of the art of Italian sparkling wine in all its many nuances.
