Chocolate Festival in Piazza Risorgimento 2026

Three days of sweet treats, irresistible aromas, artisan traditions and surprising creations in the heart of the capital: from Friday 30 October to Sunday 1 November, Piazza Risorgimento, just a stone’s throw from St Peter’s Basilica, will became a chocolate paradise – a veritable village where flavour meets creativity and every bite becomes a sensory journey.

The event is organized by CHOCO AMORE as part of the National Chocolate Festivals tour, under the patronage of Roma Capitale. It will bring the excellence of artisanal cocoa craftsmanship to the city: a universe of flavours and textures waiting to be discovered, ranging from pralines and cremini to truffles, gianduiotti, bars with surprising flavours, dark, milk and white chocolate, regional specialities and original artistic creations. The stars of the event are the Master Chocolatiers from various Italian regions, ready to convey, through their creations, the passion and expertise of an ancient craft.

To introduce children to the fascinating world of cocoa and the art of artisanal chocolate-making, educational workshops will allow young participants to discover how a simple cocoa bean can be transformed into one of the world’s most beloved delicacies.
