From October 31st to December 8th 2026, Flautissimo returns with a month of theater, music, and great performers in various venues around the city.
The event, now in its 28th edition, this year's theme is "What remains between us": a common thread connecting theater and music, words and sound, memory and the present. For thirty years, Flautissimo has been narrating the lives of all of us, of what passes and what remains. These are stories told with words or entrusted to music: the stories, the voices, the languages may change, but the desire to share them with the audience, sharing their emotions together, remains intact.
The protagonists of this year's edition are Marco Baliani, Laura Morante, Eugenia Costantini, Alessio Marzilli, Giulia Trippetta, Cristina Pellegrino, Marta Bulgherini and, for music, among others, Emmanuel Pahud, Silvia Careddu, Andrea Oliva, Philippe Bernold, Julien Beaudiment. It begins at the Palladium Theater on October 31st and November 1st, with a total of six chamber music concerts and ten masterclasses.
Flautissimo is organized by the Italian Flute Academy, with the support of the Lazio Region; it is promoted and supported by Roma Capitale in collaboration with Zètema Progetto Cultura. Artistic director: Stefano Cioffi.
