Art Cities Exchange (ACE) 2026

A long-standing initiative of Federalberghi Roma, Art Cities Exchange - ACE is one of the most important events dedicated to the international promotion of cultural and urban tourism and cities of art, providing a platform where Italian destinations can connect with national and international demand to develop new business relationships.

Now in its 28th edition, the event is organised by Comitel & Partners and is being hosted once again this year at the Crowne Plaza Rome - St. Peter’s hotel. The program includes thousands of B2B meetings between Italian sellers (tourism boards, tour operators, incoming travel agencies, destination management companies, accommodation providers, cultural operators and industry professionals) and leading tour operators and buyers. Confirming the success of previous editions, the event will be attended by numerous top buyers specialising in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), Luxury and Leisure segments.

Meetings can either be scheduled via an online platform (which features the profiles of all sellers and buyers to optimise business opportunities and facilitate targeted matchmaking) or arranged on an ad-hoc basis to allow for more opportunities to make business contacts. The meetings are complemented by networking sessions and in-depth discussions focusing on developments in the cultural tourism market, new trends in demand and opportunities for promoting destinations. During the event, catalogues of all accredited participants are also provided.
