For the second consecutive year, the wonderful Gardens of the National Etruscan Museum return to host the Villa Giulia Temporary Garden, an event dedicated to quality music. The event combines culture and entertainment through a proposal of cocktail bars, live music, and art installations.
The stone arena, which rises within the area, is intended for the live performances of the "Temporary Bands", composed of professional musicians, who, under the artistic direction of the Parioli Theatre Club collective, offer tributes to artists such as Lucio Dalla and Ennio Morricone, to the Latin American music of the “Buena Vista Social Club”, or to the soundtracks signed by Walt Disney. Through the event, curated by art entrepreneurs and specialists in the organization of events, the Gardens also become a meeting place linked to culture.
In fact, thanks to the photographic exhibition by Carlo Mogiani, artist and photographer already hosted by MAXXI and published in National Geographic, the public can get to know the Sarcophagus of the Spouses, the most famous work of the Museum, in a narration through images inside the gardens. Mogiani, in collaboration with the director Nizzo, also plans to create a photographic book, with the aim of promoting and enhancing the Museum in all its aspects.
