On 30 May 2026, the suggestive Calatrava’s Vela is hosting an unmissable appointment, giving the public the chance to discover the Ferrari Luce, the famous car manufacturer’s new model, and to admire, for the first time, the spectacular architectural structure, extraordinarily opened for the occasion.
Organised by the Agenzia del Demanio (State Property Agency) in collaboration with Roma Capitale, the event is a special tribute to Rome and the historical bond between the city and the Prancing Horse, which began on 25 May 1947 with driver Franco Cortese’s first victory and has been strengthened through numerous initiatives dedicated to the territory and the local community.
The new car, unveiled in Santiago Calatrava’s impressive building to customers, international guests, and enthusiasts during the world premiere on 25 May, is being presented to visitors through a free immersive experience that, in addition to exploring the car’s distinctive features, highlights its technological components, design, and innovation.
At the end of the visit, the public has the opportunity to take a closer look at some of the most iconic models that have marked the history of the Maranello-based brand and, from 9 pm, to enjoy the evocative light show illuminating the futuristic structure of the Vela, in an event that combines art, Italian excellence and passion for engines.
Admission to the free event on 30 May at the Vela di Calatrava is subject to online registration at eventoferrariveladicalatrava.com, selecting an entry time slot between 4.30 pm and 10.30 pm, subject to availability.
