The new Study Room, inaugurated at the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone, is dedicated to Mattia Nicholas Liguori, the student who passed away following a tragic road accident that occurred on 2 October 2025 on Corso di Francia in Rome.
The Study Room, located opposite the entrance to the Cavea, is a space equipped with 32 workstations, set within a heated and very bright environment, and also offers free Wi-Fi access.
The room is open every day and is designed as a comfortable place for study and sharing for young students, within one of the city’s main cultural hubs.
During the winter months, the room will be open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (until 30 April 2026). From 1 May, it will instead be open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
The new Study Room becomes part of the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone complex, strengthening its role as a cultural and civic hub serving the city and its young people.
Study rooms are designed to provide citizens with new spaces dedicated to reading, studying and socialising, set within some of the most evocative locations in the capital. The initiative is part of a broader project aimed at creating a network of study rooms across Rome, complementing the system of public libraries. This network project was conceived with the goal of ensuring accessible and welcoming spaces for the community, while enhancing the city’s cultural heritage.
