The Decree of the Director General of 13 November 2025 (ref. no. 261768/25) implements the Decree of the Minister of Tourism of 18 September 2025, published in the Official Journal no. 231 of 4 October 2025. The eligible costs, beneficiaries, and criteria are identified to ensure, by supporting operators in the tourism and hospitality sector, affordable housing solutions for workers in the sector. The Ministry of Tourism has published the Director General's Decree of November 13, 2025 (ref. no. 261768/25), which defines the terms, methods, and operating procedures for accessing the grants to support the rental costs of accommodation (Staff House) for workers in the tourism and hospitality sector, as provided for by Article 14 of Legislative Decree no. 95 of June 30, 2025. The available resources amount to €66 million, equal to €22 million for each of the years 2025, 2026, and 2027.
