All for one, one for all!
At the Auditorium Conciliazione, musical, dance and theatre come together in an epic and modern tale, directed by the visionary Giuliano Peparini, which tackles timeless themes such as friendship, identity and the conflict between honour and ambition through a narrative that speaks directly to contemporary audiences.
A timeless story where good and evil fight an almost archetypal battle in the name of honour, loyalty and honesty, values too often undermined by the myth of modern man and which the three musketeers proudly carry on the tips of their swords. Swords that they are naturally not afraid to use: because honesty and friendship are worth fighting for. And for love, the driving force behind every action, which here is sublimated in the encounter between D'Artagnan and Constance: a love that will be broken by the thirst for revenge of the other female protagonist, the perfidious Milady.
The ending, like all endings, will restore balance and Milady will be executed. But the viewer will leave with a bitter taste in their mouth. Who knows, perhaps because the good guys have suddenly become bad guys? Or perhaps because death is the only mystery that even contemporary man has failed to unravel. The only mystery that makes us microscopic and vulnerable.
Peparini's adaptation begins with a scene in a grey and impersonal factory, which magically opens up into an epic and romantic world. The journey in Alexandre Dumas' novel comes to life through a bold directing style, emotionally powerful ensemble moments and choreography by Veronica Peparini and Andreas Müller, which transform each duel into a theatrical dance thanks to the performers from the Peparini Academy. An evocative mix capable of creating scenes that remain etched in the memory, while Giò Di Tonno's music - powerful, original, never predictable - accompanies and reinforces every narrative twist, giving voice to the characters' inner lives. Guiding the audience into the heart of the adventure is a trio that has already made Italian musical history: Giò Di Tonno (Athos), Vittorio Matteucci (Porthos), Graziano Galatone (Aramis), flanked by Sea John (D'Artagnan), Camilla Rinaldi (Milady), Beatrice Blaskovic (Costanza) and a young and talented cast that brings to life a story full of passion, revenge, love and honour.
