The iconic Piazza di Siena in Villa Borghese hosts seven evenings of grand tastings and signature dinners at Vinòforum 2025, where great chefs, master pizza makers and wineries from all over Italy come together with the great experiences created by Anima Restaurant and the great champagnes of the Moët Hennessy Italia group.

Vinòforum is a food and wine event created to offer Romans and tourists visiting the city a week of tastings, haute cuisine, culture and insights dedicated to the best Italian products.

Discover, experience and celebrate Italian food and wine: top-level producers and names, 3,200 labels from 800 wineries are at the heart of the tasting programme for this 22nd edition, which brings to life the magnificent 16,000 m² space in the heart of Villa Borghese.

Once again, The Night Dinner events are being organised in collaboration with major partners such as Pastificio La Molisana and Dalle Vigne, a leading national distribution network that has selected the fine wines to accompany each dish. The format of each dinner is even more unique, combining haute cuisine with the art of cinema. The chefs have created a tasting menu inspired by one of their favourite films, taking guests on a journey through cult scenes and soundtracks for an even more immersive dining experience.

Seven protagonists, one for each evening, are ready to take you on a unique culinary journey: Alfonso Crisci, Koji Nakai, Paolo Gramaglia, Christian Belli, Stefano Bartolucci, Ciro Scamardella and Anastasia Paris.

Vinòforum was founded in 2004 as the first event dedicated to wine organised in the city of Rome. For over twenty years, it has hosted the leading Italian wineries, increasingly focusing on pairing with haute cuisine. Since 2018, it has been confirmed as the largest food and wine event in central and southern Italy in terms of numbers and participating companies.
