The Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome is the ambitious and sophisticated architectural work designed by Renzo Piano. It is the biggest multi-purpose complex in Europe and one of the ten largest in the world. The Auditorium offers different types of hall, capable of hosting events of all kinds.
In addition to the three main halls, the Santa Cecilia Hall (2,742 seats), the Sinopoli Hall (1,133 seats) and the Petrassi Hall (673 seats), it also has the Guest Room (100 seats), the Foyer, a multipurpose, modular area that’s also perfect for receptions and gala dinners, the Conference Room (30 seats) and the Press Room.
Also available are the Press Lounge (40 seats), the three Studio Rooms (Studio 1, Studio 2, Studio 3, each of which can accommodate 80 people), the Theatre Studio (308 seats) and the Chorus Hall.
The complex also includes the Cavea, a large open air area designed for performances and concerts which can accommodate about 5000 spectators, as well as a variety of areas for commercial, recreational, educational and exhibition activities.
