“On the day when a statue is finished, its life, in a certain sense, begins,” wrote Marguerite Yourcenar: a very successful life, when we talk about the works of Antonio Canova, one of the undisputed masters of Neoclassicism. Further proof of this is the record-breaking number of visitors who saw the exhibition “Canova. Eterna bellezza” since its inauguration in early October at Museo di Roma in Palazzo Braschi.

The exhibition records the highest number of visitors above all on holidays. This is why, until 6 January, on Saturdays and Sundays the opening hours extend until 10 pm, with last admissions 1 hour before closing time. A unique opportunity for reliving the magical atmosphere of 18th-century Rome and being enchanted by the harmony, and the timeless beauty of the over 170 sculptures on display.

Special evening openings are also planned during the Christmas holidays, on 26 and 27 December and on 6 January.

Moreover, by using the print@home service, and printing the ticket purchased online it is possible to skip the line, without wasting time at the ticket office.
