rugby_630x473From February 1 to March 16, 2019, the Italian National Rugby Team will be engaged in its twentieth Six Nations, the most important and eagerly awaited international tournament in the Northern Hemisphere.

Born as a Home Championship in 1883, it was disputed among the four National British Isles (Wales, England, Ireland and Scotland). France joined later and Italy from 2000. The Six Nations Championship was born.

The most victorious team in the Six Nations tournament is England which has won 38 editions of the competition, one more than Wales which boasts 37.

The Azzurri’s internal matches will be played at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome:

Saturday February 9, 2019 at 5.45 pm, vs Wales;

Sunday, February 24, 2019 at 4pm, vs Ireland;

Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 13.30, vs the Bleus of France.
