The great food “hub” is opening in Rome on the first day of summer!
The Air Terminal in Ostiense railway station is on 21st June being turned into four storeys brimming with good food: healthy fried food cooked in top quality Italian oil, bufala mozzarella faithfully prepared in the very best Casertana tradition, bread baked using 35 year old “mother” yeast, pasta made on the spot, plus appetizing rolls “d’auteur” and inviting romagnola  piadina (thin flatbread with a variety of delicious fillings). The beer is furthermore made in a brewery inside the very same station, the coffee from freshly toasted beans and the steaming-hot chocolate pours out of the stands’ taps, while there is also a cake section on hand to the delight of every sweet-toothed customer.
