The stunning terrace of the Radisson Blu Es. Hotel is the setting of "Rooftop in Rome - A Dinner With", a cycle of dinners, on a monthly basis, with Michelin-starred chefs from all over Italy.
The event, which began on May 14 with the chef Andrea Ribaldone from "Osteria Arborina" in Piedmont, aims to discover the different interpretations of contemporary cuisine and sees the talented chefs cooking alongside the resident chef Giuseppe Gaglione.
The enhancement of local products, the search for raw material, a particular attention to production systems, are the main "ingredients" of the proposed menus. Despite the different techniques and styles, quality excellence is the common thread that unites all the chefs.
The next scheduled appointments are: Nicola Fossaceca (17 June) from "Al Metrò" in San Salvo Marina, deeply connected to his own land, from whose tastes and traditions he draws inspiration to give life to a creative and original cuisine; Francesco Brutto (16th July) from "Undicesimo Vineria" restaurant in Treviso, extremely interested in botany and local products. His cuisine is unpredictable and comforting and he prefers light cooking and spontaneous herbs; Alessandro Dal Degan (16 September) from "La Tana” in Asiago, whose cuisine focuses on raw materials and ingredients of the territory. He is a cook-herbalist with a zero impact creative cuisine; Mauro Buffo (21 October), from "12 Apostoli" restaurant in Verona, has great technique and elegance harmoniously blended in his recipes; Davide Caranchini (11 November), chef of the restaurant "Materia" in Cernobbio, passionate about plants. He is the creator of an experimental cuisine but strongly connected to the traditions and the products of the Larian territory.
Different personalities, souls and regions of extraordinary and young Italian chefs, to ensure a delightful dining experience and show the best present and future Italian cuisine in one of the most amazing rooftops in the city.
