Inside the elegant Palazzo Taverna, the exhibition focuses on landscape art displaying the works of artists of the caliber of Franco Angeli, Giacomo Balla, Corrado Sassi, Francesca Duscià, Luigi Ghirri, Mario Mafai, Mario Schifano, Paolo Ventura. From Giacomo Balla with a splendid Villa Borghese to Mario Mafai with the iconic Tetti di Roma, from Mario Schifano with his Paesaggi Anemici to Luigi Ghirri with his unmistakable shots, the exhibition brings together different, ironic, melancholy shades of relationship with the landscape.

Next to the magical landscapes of these great Italian artists, however, there are also the shots by Gabriele, Rebecca, Roberta, Valentina, Michele, Richmond and many other children who, thanks to the Beyond Lampedusa association, with the support of Interlude Project, were able to photograph the Palermo landscape. Equipped with disposable machines, and guided by fashion photographer Alvaro Beamud Cortés, the children immortalized the colors of the market, the fantasy of the flowers, the simplicity of the beach umbrellas, details of a serenity that also surprises in the result.

The photographs are on sale and their proceeds will go to finance Beyond Lampedusa, which has been working for 4 years to support foreign minors who have arrived in Italy alone. Access to the exhibition is allowed only upon reservation by e-mail.
