With Phase 2, from 18 May it is possible to access the beaches of the Roman coast to practice some specific activities, always in compliance with the general health and safety rules in force and the interpersonal distance. A gradual return to normality, to breathe a pleasant spring air and feel the excitement of the approaching summer.
The ordinance signed by the mayor gives the possibility of practising specific activities, such as water sports activities; preparing, laying-up and hauling of boats; sea outings (as permitted); individual sport fishing; training for professional athletes; individual physical activity (with a companion for minors or people with disabilities).
However, it is forbidden to occupy the beach with any equipment not useful for the allowed activities, campers and tents, for sunbathing and occasional settlements. Gatherings and all recreational activities, including gym equipment and games for children, are also prohibited.
In case of non-compliance, the administrative fines range from a minimum of 25 euros to a maximum of 500 euros.
