Due to the current health emergency and in implementation of the directives issued by the deliberation n. 19 and 20 of 13.03.2020 and n. 21 of 27.03.2020 of the Giunta Capitolina, Dipartimento Risorse Economiche has temporarily determined, for accrued revenue, the extension of the Tourist Tax payment.
The deadline of 16 April 2020 for the payment of the Tourist Tax, collected in the first quarter of 2020 by the managers of the accommodation and tourist accommodation facilities, as well as any other person responsible for payment, has been postponed to 16 July 2020 as qualified by article 2-bis of the Regulations on the Tourist Tax referred to in the Deliberation of the Capitoline Assembly n. 32 of 30 March 2018.
However, the mandatory quarterly communication must be submitted electronically by 16 April 2020.
